• Early: until May 15, 2018
• Standard: until June 15, 2018
• Late: after June 15, 2018

Student Fee: Students include bachelor, master, and Ph.D. Student level. Note that student registration does not allow paper uploads. For paper upload, a full registration needs to be paid.

Paper information

• Each full registration includes and allows the author to upload one (1) final paper.

• Extra Paper: Authors with multiple papers must, either pay at least one full registration for each paper, or one author pays full registration and an additional fee $500 USD for each paper after the first one.

• Extra Page: All accepted papers are limited to six (6) pages. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight (8) pages in total. However, each page in excess of six (6) will incur an additional charge of $100 USD.

• Attendance to all plenary and technical sessions (oral and poster sessions);
• Conference materials and proceedings;
• Coffee breaks;
• Lunches;
• Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet.

• There will be both half day and full day workshops on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Please find the list of workshops here .
• Included in the fee: Lunch and coffee break(s).
• For paper uploads you have to register for both the IV’18 main conference and the workshop which your paper is included.
• Registration fee for Workshop/Tutorial ONLY is as follows.

The online registration has been closed on June 20th.
For the attendees who have not registered， please make a on-site registration on the registration desk during IV'18 (June 25-29th).

All payments should be made in US Dollars. All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate.

Cancellation of registration, papers and/or pages Until May 15, 2018, cancellation is possible and you will get full refund on the cancelled registration. However, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each paper cancellation. No refunds can be made for cancellation of registration, paper or pages after May 15, 2018. However, registration may be transferred to another person of your organization for a cost of $100.
